Paul’s vast production expertise spans audio, video, live events and everything between. He’s the founder of Caring Marketing Solutions and the mastermind behind each tenacious client team.

From agricultural to nonprofit, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Denise has been providing communications counsel and strategy to a variety of clients for over 25 years. Her deep breadth of experience in a variety of industries and situations allows her to ask the right questions to develop the right communications strategies for each client. Denise currently serves on the board of the Clintonville Beechwold Community Resources Center. She has also served on the board of the Historic Green Lawn Cemetery and is past president of the Central Ohio Public Relations Society and East Central District of the Public Relations Society.

R. Steven Johnston has a national reputation in marketing communications, thanks to years as an ad agency executive and client-side marketer as Vice President of Nationwide Insurance Marketing. At Caring Marketing Solutions, Steve brings his expertise to our market research, metrics, program planning and media strategy practices. He currently serves on the Marketing, Integrated Media & Technology advisory board for Columbus State Community College and he is the Chairman for the OPRS (Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services) board.
Marlene brings our clients media success by working as a partner and trusted advisor with each one. Thirty years of experience have taught her the value of strategic thinking in media planning and buying. Like everyone at CMS, she digs in to understand client and customer needs before she develops a customized media plan.
